5)      Numbers: please put the number in your rabbits left  ear before you come – do it the night before – or a few days before the show – don’t use a cheap chinese marker – as this does rub off.

6)      Weights : we want you to weigh your animals in and add this weight to the penning sheet when you enter. This again will cut down on time at the show. When in doubt we will bring a scale and the  judge will possibly want to recheck some of these in the different classes when judging takes place.

7)      Sales: if you have animals for sale at this show , make sure you have all the paperwork filled out to save time – Saturday should be the busiest – time is going to be of essence. Fill in the for sale sheet ,   along with the for sale tags, cut them out , punch them and put some string on them to tie them to the allocated cage. NOTE: each rabbit must have a tag. Even if you put 4 rabbits into one  cage   – then you need 4 tags on this cage. You won't have the time, and you will lose out on sales. You may make your own tags if you wish. as long as the info on it is the same.

8)      Sales, Public and Queries: We do need people to possibly help keep an eye on the rabbits  and also answer questions by the public, and help with sales. Please remember to bring card board boxes   for your for sale stock , if you are planning to sell stock.

9)   Photographer: I would love to have a dedicated person for this –Even if it’s only  the winners and their rabbits – if you have a photographer friend who feels like volunteering please let me know.   I would prefer it if you can use an SD card of the GRBA so that I have all pics or they need to be downloaded the same day to our computer.

10)   STEWARDS AND HELPERS – We are going to need these– if you have friends or others that are interested in helping – please bring them along for Saturday and Sunday.

11) Rabbit Food - bring your own if you need to feed your rabbit

12)  Please read the general Show etiquette in the entry form.

Final word around animal health - same procedure as always, all Rabbits will be vetted before entry into the hall, ensure you do your own checks beforehand to avoid any rabbits being sent home. ( please also cut your rabbits toe nails  )

Hope to see you all there.
